Mobile-Friendly Website Redesign for Bravo Consulting - ITECH7415

The project follows an Agile methodology, with a focus on user stories, product backlog, and sprint-based development. The report includes a literature review on mobile-friendly websites, a detailed methodology section covering SDLC, Agile approach, and product vision, along with findings, discussion, risk management, and testing results. The project emphasizes improving user experience, reducing cross-browser issues, and enhancing website performance, ultimately delivering a mobile-friendly website with an app-like user interface and optimized loading times. The report also includes activity diagrams, limitations and recommendations for future development.
