There is a huge impact of innovation and digital technologies on knowledge management and
data which includes documents management, data storage, access of information and also
provides solution to various kinds of problems (Lee and et.al., 2016). Innovation is important for
knowledge management which creates a kind of culture conducive to creativity and innovation.
When knowledge is properly organised and managed then these technologies gives facility to
employees of company to retrieve information in an easier way and then according to company's
requirement proper decisions have been taken for further growth of company (Beilin and et.al,
2019). When information has been retrieved into proper manner then then they are more
equipped with informed decisions. When data and knowledge has not been properly framed then
for completing a process company has to follow number of cycles with a higher number of
alternatives and as a result it becomes difficult in taking decision into appropriate manner.
With respect to Jaguar company, they have used PWC's cloud based solution which helps
company to analyse marketing performance of their China retailers and it also helps in taking
organisation require cost of research and development. Company is investing huge amount to
remain competitive by adding new technology and innovation in their organisation. It also
increases cost of training and development to employees working in company. As employees are
not aware with use of new technologies in organisation. Managers of company needs to provide
proper training and development to employees to make them familiar with technology. Also to
implement technology in organisation, company needs to purchase machinery and equipment
which also require huge investment and company needs to invest more and more in these
investment (Encalada and et.al., 2017).It increases total cost of company and reduce profitability
share of organisation. New technology requires technical expertise which is not available in
existing employees in organisation. For this company needs to hire skilled employees with
diverse knowledge and capability. These employees are difficult to identify and also demand
huge package which increase cost of organisation. Also company needs to adopt various
