marketing. Jan JH is food shop that planning to enter food and beverage market and explore pool
full of opportunity. This business will fulfil beverage demand of local area and will provide wide
range of product to attract consumer. It is very clear that there is market gap in food and
beverage industry for example; inadequate processing, storing and distributing. Jan JH need to
identify those gaps and convert them into opportunity that boost their business growth, this
company can fulfil demand of consumer by proper supply chain and marketing
.I have experience in managing food business as I have worked in food shop, while my
working hour I used to analyse key important element required to run an business, with
leadership skills I somehow manage to start a food shop business and now planning to lunch it
into the market. Jan JH will operate in the UK and lead local food and beverage market, this
company will fulfil demand of consumer across the UK and will plan to enter untapped market
of other countries. Location of this business will be Great Britain and across street of GB.

government to deal in the market. Under Food Safety Act 1990, Jan JH have to follow every
guideline to ensure their business run smoothly, this company have to consider COVID-19
guidelines as well (Perera, 2017). After Brexit, food market of the UK is unstable, raw from
European market is expensive that will impact success of the company. Jan JH need to analyse
every policy that will arrive in the food and beverage market.
Economical: economic stability play vital role in business success, it is very clear that economic
stability was impacted due to COVID-19. Jan JH will going to face challenges for unstable
economic condition, UK’s retail market mainly food market is rapidly growing even after
COVID-19 impact. Jan JH need to keep eye on changing economic market and need to analyse
which factor can impact their business process. Due to high inflation, price of food products are
rapidly increasing.
