Introduction
The action plan is considered as the document that has the list of the steps that are taken by the
person so as to achieve the objective of the procuring the specific goals. The main purpose of the
action plan in the psychosocial development is to evolve the person from being getting disturbed
from the event that has happened with him during the period. For this purpose, a wellness wheel
has been created by which identifies the six dimensions that are related to it (Bevers, et. al.,
2016). This is seen that this wellness wheel helps the patient to become healthy as early as
possible and also defines the condition of the patient. The biopsychosocial model is considered
as the model that helps in identifying the biological and the psychological social factors that are
related to the patients mental as well as his physical health. In this study, psychosocial needs of
the Jason are identified and the problem that he feels is disclosed for the purpose. Also, an action
plan would be created to achieve the objective of curing his needs.

Analysis of the main issues
In the above case, this is seen that there is a person named Jason who is 29 years old and is
married. He is having a child who is of 3 years. This is seen that he was living with his partner
for 10 years and only married him when they founded that they are going to have a child. Jason
is being financially abrupt as this is seen that after getting married and having a child his wife
has left the job and is being in fulltime caregiving to the child. Also, they have purchased a home
due to which they are having a financial crisis (Blackwell, et. al., 2019). This was seen that
around two months ago he has been engaged in an accident due to he was not able to go to the
office and also have impacted to manage to go to the home. It was seen that in the accident Jason
was having a whiplash injury due to which he was having a problem in neck movement. This
also impacted the job that he did as he was engaged in the computer data maintaining job for the
sales team.
It was seen that he was expecting that the company would pay him the money for the
compensation as he got to meet with the accident during the way to his home from work which is
the duty of the employer to pay according to the compensation act. But it was analysed by the
supervisor that he was often taking holidays to meet his doctor to consult for the same. The
employer was worried about the causality towards the work as he was of the thought that the
injury was minor and does not require often holidays (Lo & Herman, 2017). Also, this was
founded that the insuring company has demanded an explanation for why he was taking often
holidays as this was a little injury. Hence this was seen that as the financial condition of Jason is
not too strong he has to cover all the aspects and requires an action plan to achieve the objective
of maximising the needs.

Recommendations and methods to be used
This is seen from the above analysis that Jason is having trouble in managing the entire situation
and he is very stressed out as to what decision he has to take. This is also seen that he is having
the problem of financial crises and which is required to operate his home. Also, the insurance
providers are also not sure so as to pay him the claim or not (Mitchell, et. al., 2017). Hence this
is seen that for tackling this situation one of the best ways to do so is through the implementing
and creating a wellness wheel model which would help in achieving the objective of tackling the
stress that he is feeling. Through this, the factor would be analysed which would help in creating
a better opportunity for Jason and to live his life in a comfortable manner.
This is seen that the wellness wheel helps in illustrating different dimensions through which the
lifestyle of the person are balanced properly and it helps them in achieving the objective
maximising the health of the person. If these are followed by Jason will definitely help in
creating a situation through which he would be able to achieve the objective of maximising his
wellness. Hence in the instance of Jason six dimensional wellness models will be best suited for
him.
Also, the biopsychosocial model would be applied to his action plane with the help of which he
would be able to suggest the medical condition of the patient and would also analyse the
biological, Psycho as well as the sociological factors that are related to it (Rehman, 2016). This
model is used in the case of the chronic pain which helps in minimising the impact of the pain
that occurs to a patient. Hence for applying this approach, the various strategies would be applied
to get a better understanding of the issues that are related to Jason. Hence for this elicit history of
the patient would be known so as to tackle the circumstances. Also the biological, psychological
and the social domains of the patient would be known so that the patients’ health can be
improved.

Action plan
For increasing the health of Jason and for making an action plan viable to methodologies would
be implemented with the help of which he would be able to tackle his stress combination and
would be able to manage the overall task of the patient. This is seen that the wellness wheel that
is one of the methods in the action plan would help in increasing the viability of the person and
would help him to focus on the given task properly (Rehman, et. al., 2017). While the
biopsychosocial method would help in decreasing the pain that he has due to whiplash.
First, this is seen that through the six-dimensional wellness there are six frames which include
the following:
Occupational: This helps in recognising personal satisfaction through which he would
be able to enrich life through the process of work. Hence Jason should choose the carrier
which best suits his financial needs as this helps in increasing the personal competencies
of the person. Also, he should choose from personal values and interest to increase the
competency.
Physical: this involves the requirement of finding the need for regular physical activity
through which development of the person is acknowledged. As in the case this is seen
that Jason is suffering from the neck pain due to which he is not able to increase his
competency and do the computer work properly he should recognise the hours where he
is able to take proper interval so as to increase the efficiency (Shakespeare, et. al., 2017).
Also, this is suggested that he should take 5 minutes to break every time so that he is
able to work accordingly. He should engage himself in exercise and eating habits which
would increase his efficiency to work.
Social: through this dimension, the stress of Jason can be depleted as this would help in
increasing the social factor of the persona and due to this he is also able to emphasise the
competency of interdependence over each other. Hence through this, social life would be
achieved which would help in increasing the harmony towards life.
Intellectual: this would help and achieved by Jason as he would be able to create new
things for managing the working environment and social life (Wijenberg, et. al., 2016).
This would enhance his mental condition and would also discover the potential for
sharing gifts with others. This way he would be engaged in stretching the mind and
would also be able to increase the potential for this.

Spiritual: Through this dimension, the spiritual existence in Jason would be increased.
Jason would be motivated towards the better life through this process as he would be told
about the meaning of life and the liability that he has towards his family.
Emotional: This dimension would be applied through the process of identifying the
awareness and acceptance of the feeling that the person has for his belongings and the
loved ones. This way the motivation would be achieved by the person to identify the
feelings which are hidden inside him and this would help in decreasing the stress that is
faced by him.
Also, the Biopsychosocial model would be used to reduce the impact of the Whiplash with Jason
here he would be advised to maintain the biological factor such as the physical health and the
disability which he can have due to the accident and the disease that he has borne ( Syed, et. al.,
2017). Also, the social element should not be forgotten by him which includes the family
circumstances and he should go to the office regularly so as to earn the finance for his family.
Lastly, he should not forget the psychological factor which includes self-esteem as one of the
factors for his living.

Conclusion
From the above study, this is analysed that Jason is having extreme trouble to maintain his
family as he is running out of finance. Also, this is seen that he is not able to manage his job due
the neck injury that he has caused. It is recommended in this situation that he should apply the
wellness wheel method to manage the situation and stress level that he is facing. It is seen that
the biopsychosocial method should also be used to reduce the pain that is caused due to the neck
injury. Also, the employer and the insurance agency should check the reason why he is often
taking leaves as it is important for Jason to consult for his injury.
