The Java Coffee shop is the local start up business in Canada. Initiated by four
friends, this start up business aims to become one of the daily necessity for the local addicts
of the coffee or the coffee lovers and the place for relax and escape from the daily life’s
stress. It furthermore aims to target the young generation and the couples from the university.
The vision of the coffee shop is to capitalize on the proximity towards the campus of different
universities of Canada for building up the customer base (Tate, 2017).
Some of the ranges of the services that The Java Coffee shop will provide include
online food ordering, pre order customised cakes, in house entertainments for the customers
including board games. The cafe will furthermore provide free WiFi facility to its customers.
Some of the range of products will include are range a wide variety of coffees both
hot and cold , snacks, cold beverages, smoothies and shakes, freshly made cookies, cakes and
cup cakes, patty and more.
I am fully qualified towards providing these dishes from my passion and expertise in
cooking cookies and cakes and all sorts of bakery items.
Some of the opportunities or need for this start up business for the community is
identifying the untrapped and targeted customers and maximising the revenue of the economy
(Huang & Marvel, 2018). The business plan will increase the employment opportunity of the
community and initiate the people of the community towards socializing over a cup of coffee.
