2016, p. 181-197).
Motivation
The motivation behind implementing this project is the automated
hospital management. The project will maintain the patient’s details,
doctor’s details and more.

Inherent complexities and challenges
The database connectivity is the big challenge as all the information
needs to be store and extract from the database.
Project Plan
Items Activity date range Activities
1 Week 1-week 2 An initial study of the
project.
2 Week 3-week 4 Practicability study of the
project.
3 Week 5- week 6 Requirement analysis.
4 Week 7-week 8 Requirement specification.
5 Week 9- week10 Logical and Physical design.
6 Week 11-week 12 Coding of the project
7 Week 13 Testing and implementation
of the project.
Conclusion
The application designed will be easily adaptable to the changes as per
the requirements. The efficiency of the system will be improved and a
good GUI will be implemented. The application implemented will be
secured and reliable. The project has good scope in future.
