Abstract
Hospital management administration project is an automated framework
composed and modified to manage everyday hospital operations. The
reason for the implementing project is to modernize the Management of
Hospitals front desk. The application will be developed which is easy to
use, basic, quick, and affordable. It manages the accumulation of patient's
data, doctor’s data and so. Generally, it was done physically.
Introduction
Clinics manage the life and wellbeing of their patients. The project will
keep up the patient's subtle elements, specialist's points of interest,
billing details and facilities given by hospital (Segura, Campos& Morales
2016, p. 181-197).
Motivation
The motivation behind implementing this project is the automated
hospital management. The project will maintain the patient’s details,
doctor’s details and more.
System structures
Software requirements:
Programming language: Advanced java
IDE: NetBeans
Database: XAMPP server
Web server: Phpmyadmin
Hardware requirements:
Processor: Intel core i5, Hard Disk: 40 GB, RAM: 1 GB
Functions
 The application will maintain records for doctors, patient. The
application also provides the details like billing, treatments and more.
 The application includes the register and login feature for new or
existing user respectively (Barone, Peyton & Rizzolo 2015, p. 149-
165).

 If the user wants to change password then he can do so.
 Help option is also provided so as to resolve the user issues.
Inherent complexities and challenges
The database connectivity is the big challenge as all the information
needs to be store and extract from the database.

Conclusion
