bringing up the excellent idea of providing aid to the stakeholders in the company to allow
quality performance. There is another forum called donation boxes that are placed at many points
in Australia and New Zealand (Berry, Wynne and Riedy 2014). Donations are made in this boxes
to aid raising the money for charity purposes by the company amounting to $48500 and $50000
respectively. Employer Leadership Group has not been left behind in trying to establish a better
half of the contribution towards charity. JB –HIFI Company is a founder partner of the
Australian Charity Foundation (see Appendix two: JB Hi-Fi social statement). It has enabled
good relation with the social life of the employees and the surrounding community as well.
