The term business environment is defined as combination of different forces or factors
which are responsible for producing impact on organizations capability effectively. Due to the
various effects of various sources company easily identified their own strength and weakness
within low time. Then after that company easily delivered high quality goods to users for long
duration. The chosen company is JD Sports and the company was established in 1981. The
company is dealing with wide range of sports products (Acar and Özşahin, 2018). The head
office of this sports company is situated in UK. The report will be covered different types, size
and scope of organization. It also covers interrelationship of various department activities within
company and how they are connected with organization structure.
