of employees and members of the organisation in order to ensure their best
contribution in achievement of organisational goals. Leadership plays important
role in success of the organisation one of the example for that is Amazon Inc.,
American multinational technology company and its leader Jeff Bezos.

Leader is important for all organisations and their success and this is applicable for Amazon
as well. Amazon Inc. was founded in 1994 by Jeff Bezos and is headquartered at Seattle,
US. Amazon operates under cloud computing, e-commerce, artificial intelligence,
consumer electronics, digital distribution, grocery stores. Amazon operates worldwide and
to carry out its operations Amazon Inc. employees around 840000 employees. These
employees and Amazon is led by Jeff Bezos, American internet entrepreneur, industrialist,
media proprietor and investor.

 Success of the organisation gets affected from and
is dependent on several factors but among all of them one
of the most important factor that affect success of the
organisation is its leadership. Leadership is important
because effect of any external and internal factor which
