Description- When I have to describe my current situation of learning the skills which
will be useful in my career growth then it would be great. My communication skills is the best as
I used to read and learn about the sentences which is useful in framing the correct sentences.
Other is the problem solving skill of mine which will also be useful in my career growth and
development. During learning experience skill of communication is most important and turn in
my favour as I am able to covey my useful and authenticated information with others in more
convenient way (Kartikasari and et. al, 2020). This will cause no delay in learning experience
and chance of error gets minimise. Along with communication skill problem solving skill also
help me lot as I enhance my ability to tackle most the difficult situation in more effective and
influencing manner. It will promote my accuracy rate in more significant manner just because of
these tool. Through skill of problem solving I will be able to deliver more more unique concept
for creation of new opportunity in career and company as well.
Feelings- The feeling which I have developed during the course of learning these skills is
very amazing. I know that developing this skill will be useful to me for my job which I will be
doing in the future. But there are some other skills also which requires my full concentration and
focus(Burgoyne and Chuppa-Cornell, 2018). The skills which I am weak in are the numeracy,
ICT which is considered to be the most important one and also the most useful skill during the
time of doing job. As I am very ineffective in skill of numeracy as well as ICT, it will create lost
of hindrance and roadmap that block my career options. These skill are most demanding
professional area of subject matter. I need to improve my skill of ICT and numeracy, this is the
only thing to improve potential opportunity for career and company growth as well. The skill of
ICT and numeracy can be improved through process of online lectures regarding this subject
matter. Along with this it can also enhance through proper guidance regarding subject matter

specialist who have more knowledge regarding this respective subject matter. In modern
competitive environment skill like ICT and numeracy determine actual and accurate figure facts
in terms of sales, data analytics, revenue level, net profit and financial position. It will aid in
forecasting circumstances of the market and individual or company can update its performance
accordingly.
Evaluation- The main positive thing which I have learned during the course of learning
the new skill and the development of the older skill is that I have gained knowledge and
information on those things which were unknown to me. The negative factor about the situation
of learning the skills is that they are taking good time and because of which I am not able to do
the other thing (Lee, 2017). But I know that in the end these all things will be worth and will
helpful in making my career bright. To overcoming the negative forces during learning exposure,
it took me lots of time during the course of action. But eventually the proper guidance and
direction from my senior management help my lot in order to reduce overall chance that may
cause hindrance during the journey of career option. The senior staff guided my well in each
stage while performing task or activity. My skill of communication aid me in building trust and
proper conversation in order to solve many difficulties in planning and gaining experience of
career exposure. Problem solving as well as working with other skill deliver more strength to
enhance my best ability while working any kind of work. This will contribute more efforts of
mine as I will be able to work in dynamic situation of company.
Analysis- The best thing of learning the skills is that it will be helpful in the development
of my personality and when any individual is having the skill then this can be used at any time in
the future (O'Barr and et. al, 2017). The knowledge which I have gained by learning this skill
that it is important to have these skills which are communication, ICT, numeracy, problem
solving and to work with others. As per analysis my knowledge regarding working with other
promote other skill like communication, better relationship in performing any particular task
objective. But skill of ICT and numeracy will improve slowly because it will consume much
time in attending lectures and the keep on practising these particular subject matter.
Conclusion- The conclusion which I have to make about the learning of the skills is that
the development of these skills will be useful in the career growth as these are always demanded
in the jobs. Not just the jobs if I have to start my work as an individual also then these skills are
required while doing work(Naylor and Gibbs, 2018). This is clearly shown that in process of

career planning these skill deliver more better option in order to provide my more influencing
option of career job position.
Action plan- The learning of skills is considered to be as the most important one and
there are some skills which I have to work on and make it better so that it does not creates any
difficulty in the future. I will be working on the numeracy and ICT skills more hardly.
Based upon reflection model, this is being vary cleared that my skill regarding
communication, problem solving and working with other are very useful. But the skill like
numeracy, ICT, are not that much effective and perfect. These need to be improve for developing
skill of employability. This skill will deliver more better career opportunity in uplifting personal
as well as professional plan. That is after analysis the proper action plan has been made in order
to update the skill that is highly required in job profile (O'Connor, 2020). Company like Jessica

individual has to develop skill and knowledge set. This will enhance the overall ability in more
