other colors the most pronouncedly in the painting. No one focus was established in the first
glance of the painting.
Deeper Visual Inspection
I believe the design and combination of colors used in this painting represent the
contemporary arts quite effectively. The texture has been given significant importance in this
painting. Several areas of color are made more pronounced than the other. I have noticed that
these tools have been used to make expressionism more vivid and dynamic. Not only this but
also the depth of various colors and varied plainness of the painting represents not only the
contemporary arts but also the dexterity of the artists with her colors and brushes.

This piece of art is really an artifact worth be seen. The color scheme and the mastery of
forming ups and dips on the canvass have left me speechless. Initially, it seems as if some sort of
chaos and uproar is imminent in the paintings. The more this painting is looked on, the serener
and calmer it becomes. Such an aesthetic essence which has brought about arousing of emotions
is seldom found in abstract art.
The texture and the swirling style of the painting have influenced me as well. Bringing
about required shape, form and texture while staying the structural and functional bottlenecks of
a particular style of painting which in this case is swirling style is certainly difficult. The
dexterity of the artist with her colors and brushes in the presence of all these limitations is
stunning.
Most often lyrical abstraction is associated with a free form of painting which is not
governed or rule by any rigid paradigm. It is always expected that such a form of art has to be
chaotic, rough and non-discreet. This notion has been refuted successfully by Jill. Not only this
but also the legacy of abstract expressionism which provides for spontaneity with dexterity has
been taken along effectively. In short, the artifact under consideration is a great piece of art.
