BUSN20016 Research: Perpetual Challenges of Jio Network in India

This project outline investigates the persistent challenges encountered by Jio network in India, since its disruptive entry into the mobile industry. The study aims to understand, analyze, and evaluate these challenges, which include issues related to 4G speed, mobile number portability, and network coverage limitations. A mixed-methods approach, primarily relying on secondary data collection and observational study, is employed to gather and analyze relevant information.  Problem Statement
The entrance of Jio network in the
market created a lot of havoc as it brought
revolutionary changes in the field of mobile
industry (Satyanarayana, Rao & Naidu, 2017).
However, the revolutionary network was not free
from recurring challenges that it faced and is still
facing in the current situation.
 Aims and objectives
The aim of this study are as follows:
 To understand various challenges that Jio
network is facing currently.
 To analyse and evaluate the major challenges
of Jio network currently.
 To make suggestions in order to cope with
the perpetual issues that Jio network faces.
 Research Methodology
For the purpose of gathering exact
figures and enumerating key challenges that the
company faces a mixed methodology will be initiated.

In order to assess the issues that

challenge, blocked network in specific area and
so on.
