Control: it is very important phase in project management that control on various
activities as per the plan. They match current status with planned for identifying discrepancies. In
this major alternatives in scope of project to be carried out according to planning (Aaltonen and
et. al., 2010). Some important tool which are employed in this project such as monitoring cost
variance metric and stakeholder satisfaction metric. It can be said that it is one of the
contemporary approach to monitor project which helps in determining the level of satisfactions
of stakeholder and also agreement with way activities are carried out.
Closing: this is the last phase of project management as it focus on completion of project
and also satisfied the with the manner things have been carried out such known as closing of a
project. In this step, major highlights are ascertained through evaluation that helps in learning
from this experience. Closing phase refers to formal closure of project report as well as end
thereof. Installations of new manufacturing site and development of staff which are ready for
operating, that calls closure of the project. It is necessary that stakeholders have to agree and
accepted this contract so that can be closed and ultimately leading to project closure.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion this has been summarised that to carry out a project is a
complex activity. Person made responsible for same has to perform different roles and
responsibility which are very crucial and needs to be carried out with high degree of expertise as
much investments is done in expansion of business and failure of same may lead to heavy loss
for the enterprise. In the given text all skills which are required in a project manager are
discussed in detail which shows that person carrying out project needs to develop such skills so
that the resources provided to him are utilised to their maximum capacity. Thereafter a whole
