house and has its headquarters in London. The company started its operations in 1987. In this
report there is discussion related to the macro environment factors and their impact on the
performance of business organisation. It is vital to note that there are various challenges that

for a person to have knowledge about self. It is seen that a person that is able to evaluate self and

Employability skills include all the skills that are required by an individual to perform job
effectively. It becomes essential for an individual to develop those skills that will help them. So
Gibbs reflective model is used to elaborate the same. It is a model that has four stages and each
stage has its own importance. These stages helped me gain employability skills that will help me
while doing job. The stages are discussed below:
Concrete Experience: It is the time when I entered University. I was so nervous and
feeling hesitation in talking to others. I tried to interact with others and also with seniors. There
are number of students and all were different from one other. I tried to focus on my classes and
build healthy relation with my teachers. It was the time I understood that there is need of good
communication skills so as to interact in an effective way.
Reflective Observation of the New Experience: After some time I got adjusted in the
University, and it is a good place than I imagined. There we were taught and we have to make

notes. I analysed that writing skills are also important to study effectively (Duarte and et.al.,
2021). At the same time I observed that there is requirement of Information and technology skills
as each and every thing is turning digital so if an individual wants good job than there is
requirement of digital skills. As now all the work is computerised so it is vital to have knowledge
about computer skills.
Abstract Conceptualization: I have understood that there is need of various skills that
need improvement. As there is need of communication skills at each and every level as it is seen
that for clearing the interview and to work effectively while job there is need of good and
effective communication skills. Communication skills are required at every part like while
interacting with senior, customers, suppliers as well as team members. Along with that I have
analysed that numeracy skills are also required to do research and to understand the statistics. It
is seen that there is need of good and effective numeracy skills. I have also evaluated that there is
need to learn Microsoft office as that is required the mos while performing effectively. It is vital
to note that all the reports, presentations are formulated with the help of using computer. It is
now became essential to have good knowledge of computer. It is essential for me to learn and
develop ITC skills as that will help me to get a job and work effectively. Problem solving skills
play a vital role while doing job (Hauser, Rheingans and Scheuermann, 2018). It is evaluated
that there are various changes when there are conflicts among the team members and it is very
important for the organisation that they have employees that have talent top solver the problems.
It is seen that a company hires the employees that have good and effective problem solving
skills. It is also seen that I should develop team working skills as that help to work effectively.
While studying in University we were assigned various group projects that were completed
effectively due to cooperation. So, from there I learnt team working skills and analysed that it
will definitely work at the time of doing job. By setting targets and assigning duties to all the
team members they became attentive and make efforts to work in such a manner the team goals
are achieved.
Active Experimentation: All these skills will help me while I will apply for the job and
do job. I have analysed that communication skills are must and by having good and effective
interacting skills I will be able to get job effectively as well as it will help me to work in team
also. I have analysed that by working on all the skills I will become employment ready. There

are many skills such as communication, numeracy, ICT, problem solving skills as well as team
working skills that will help me to get a goo job and work effectively over there.
Action Plan
I want to develop all these skills and action plan will help me to develop these skills. It is
a document that shows the skills and their importance as well as SMART objectives are also
shown that will help the ways to enhance those skills. The action plan is formulated below:
