Concrete Experience: It is the time when I entered University. I was so nervous and
feeling hesitation in talking to others. I tried to interact with others and also with seniors. There
are number of students and all were different from one other. I tried to focus on my classes and
build healthy relation with my teachers. It was the time I understood that there is need of good
communication skills so as to interact in an effective way.
Reflective Observation of the New Experience: After some time I got adjusted in the
University, and it is a good place than I imagined. There we were taught and we have to make

need to learn Microsoft office as that is required the mos while performing effectively. It is vital
to note that all the reports, presentations are formulated with the help of using computer. It is
now became essential to have good knowledge of computer. It is essential for me to learn and
develop ITC skills as that will help me to get a job and work effectively. Problem solving skills
play a vital role while doing job (Hauser, Rheingans and Scheuermann, 2018). It is evaluated
that there are various changes when there are conflicts among the team members and it is very
important for the organisation that they have employees that have talent top solver the problems.
It is seen that a company hires the employees that have good and effective problem solving
skills. It is also seen that I should develop team working skills as that help to work effectively.
While studying in University we were assigned various group projects that were completed
effectively due to cooperation. So, from there I learnt team working skills and analysed that it

team members they became attentive and make efforts to work in such a manner the team goals
