master of human resource management. I am going to interview you as you are an experienced
Bank Manager and I am going to ask you certain questions regarding your job position as an

Bank manager for last seven years, he told me how to motivate the staff for the individual goals
as well as team. In this chat, he talks about some of the technical functions as well as technical
software. It was knowledgeable for me to know about this I can study more on it.
In the last stage of interview, we talk about creating success factors that candidates will
be having the perception of creating long-term plan and orientation with the company. I gained a
good knowledge regarding working functions of banking sector and use of cognitive skills in
managing situations at emergency (Semmer & zapf, 2017). He shared about his skills how he
uses them for full fill the requirement of company. I also have to learn the synchronisation of job

higher responsibilities. It was great experience for me to know the hidden aspects of banking
sector and interesting for me.
