form of a sales associate based on commission. Being competitive as well as fast paced, this
sort of commission would provide me with a piece of each sale that is made by me. This
would be a benefit for me because I would get an opportunity for earning more besides

gaining more experience in this work field. Besides this, I would be able to achieve more
from this job profile because I already have job experience of around 3 years in a certain
organization. Along with this, I would get an additional advantage by receiving an employee
discount on the store merchandise. If I work for a certain store from where I shop regularly, I
would be able to save money with the help of the discount provided and hence maximize the
budget.
One more reason that makes me interested towards this particular job profile because this
field is flexible in nature and numerous retail sales jobs provide the advantage of working as
per my schedule such that I would be allowed to plan my life even after my sales gig. My
disciplined and polite nature would help me in not only keeping the store in proper order but
also deal with customers in an effective manner. Good communication skills will allow me
with communication with customers in an efficient manner along with dealing with their
queries. Along with the earning potential, the job profile of sales associate would also provide
me with unlimited learning potential. The best part of my career in sales would be the fact
that it is undefined. A particular day can involve various actions like researching various new
clients, meeting them, nurturing relationships among the clients and organisation and many
more. Hence it is a profession that is varied and hardly boring.
