Reflective Summary
At the beginning when I saw the advertisement, I was a little bit nervous about my less
experience in the field of data and web engineering. I have only six months of experience, I
was very nervous that how I will be able to face big clients with demanding features for
designing their applications and websites. Although, I was very sure about my educational
background which perfectly matches towards the need of the organisation. The salary
structure offered by the company was not very good and was below than my expectations but
still I decided to apply for the job because the company has a good image and a well-known
brand name among the market of web designing (CY Chang, 2019).
I am quite good at analysing the data and designing the websites but problem solving in
databases was very new to me. I thought that it was very difficult for me to maintain and
update the data related to energy sector of UK for different customers but when I go through
