Personnels plays a very crucial role within the company for enhancing growth and
profitability of firm. In the absence of human resource, firm can not accomplish the objective. It
is very important for management to manage and maintain employees in effective manner so as
they can effectively carry out their working (Hopkinson, 2014). In addition to this personal and
professional development of individual is very important by which company can enhance its

I have won various prices and appreciation awards in my previous job. In my previous job I was
working as a team leader in supportive team within company. As a team leader I have role to

preparing daily sheet of activities, market research, customer relationship management etc. In
the previous job I was working as a team leader in supportive team within company. As a team
leader I have role to develop an effective team and coordinate allotment among member for
address objective. By playing this role in the company I have learnt various skills, ability and
capabilities. In order to solve the problem about conflicts in the team me member I have
adopted a systematic procedure. In this first stage, I have understood the actual issue and
problem among the team member and analyse the actual reason behind this conflict situation.
Apart from that I have also attended training which is designed to build the skill and experience
among the professionals in UNIQLO Company. I am interested to work in your company
because It is the one of fast retailing company which understand the people importance and
provides opportunities for their growth and professional development. I am interested in the
business manager role in the cited venture because this position will provide me various roles
such as an innovator, talent developer, program solver, business leader etc. In addition to this, I
have also found that cited venture is looking for people match our company values and who
above all, aspire to be true business managers. So I thought I would be suitable for this profile

UNIQLO. Apart from that, recently company is looking for the people who have a variety of
strength and passions. I also think that company requirement is matching with my skill, ability
and strength that is why I want to work with cited venture. In addition to this, the business
manager have responsibility related to build and manage team, drive sales and profitability, set
and pursue an ideal and lead through innovation and change etc that is why I selected this
venture for enhance my professional level as well as career.
2 Team working and team leading
Team working and team leading is one of the most essential aspect for the professional
and personal development of individual by which several kinds of new skills and ability can
enhance within the individual. In my previous job I was working as a team leader in supportive
team within company. As a team leader I have role to develop an effective team and coordinate
allotment among member for address objective. By playing this role in the company I have learnt
various skills, ability and capabilities. Team working and team leading in the corporation assists
me in improving my confidence by which I can effectively work and motivate my subordinates.
In duration of team leading, I was conducting team activity for subordinates so as they can
understand each other and carry out activities in collective manner. I have personally motivated
each team members within the company so as they can give their best efforts for attainment of
set goal. I have conduct team meeting at regular interval so as I can understand conflicts and
issue of the subordinate for addressing the objective of team. By my effective performance and
efforts in role playing within team, I have got the outcome of high profitability of company.
With help of my team, company can gained high profitability and market share as compare to
rivals.
3 Transferable skill in problem solving
In the previous Job I have faced the issue related to conflict among the team. Being a
team leader I have responsibility to solve this problem and find out the best alternative solution

which should suitable for all team members. In order to solve the problem about conflicts in the
team me member I have adopted a systematic procedure. In this first stage, I have understood the
actual issue and problem among the team member and analyse the actual reason behind this
conflict situation. Whie I have analysed actual reason behind conflict situation then in next stage
I have look toward possible alternative solution. In the next stage, I have evaluated possible
solution and selected one best alternative solution for conflict situation among team member. I
have also considered that possible solution should suitable for all team member. In the last stage,
I have conduct meeting with member who are involved in conflict situation and propose them for
agreement. Thus, it can be said that I have given my best efforts for solve this conflict situation
among team member. From this complex situation in the previous job I have improved my
problem solving, observation and analytical skills which made me more professional. From this
mentioned approach of problem solving I have analysed that all member have effectively
resolved their conflict and back again to work for attain the target.
4 Working in fast-moving situations and flexibility of approach
In my previous job in the company I have worked as a team leader in marketing
department where I have various kinds of responsibility to manage the daily sales activities,
conduct marketing research, customer relationship management, employee management, identify
new business opportunities etc. These all task have assigned to me by my manager so I have to
accomplish it within a specific period. Due to limited time period, it was very difficult for me to
focus on each task effectively. So in this situation within the company, I have focused on some
time management strategies such as proper schedule, set deadline, avoid multi tasking, avoid
disturbing elements etc. In the first stage of manage the work according to specific period, I have
developed a systematic planning for each task and set a specific deadline. In addition to this, for
accomplishing each task I have collected information about the subject so as I can take quick and
effective decision. I remembered that my major task is related to conduct market research within
two days about the customer taste and preferences of company's product and service. For
attainment of this task, I have design systematic planning and set time line. I have collected
information from primary resource as well as secondary resource about customer tastes and
preferences of product and services. By collecting this information about the taste and preference
I have taken decision for product development in the company. By effectively manage time, I
have accomplished my target in excellent manner.

5 Transferable skills in influencing and communicating effectively with others
In the previous job, being a team leader I have major role to coordinate with people and
encourage them for high quality of work within the company. In order to influence subordinate
in effective manner I have adopted impressive communication skill by which I have effective
described policies, strategies and tactics of business with my team members. In order to conduct
the market research I have developed a systematic team under which I have conducted team

solver etc. By this seminar, professional skill and ability had been improved in mine. Further, I
have also learnt about the significance of team building. With assistance of this interview
practices, my communication and analytical skill has been also improved. In addition to this in

solve within a specific time period. I have improved my analytical, interpretation and technical
skill within this interview. I have learnt the skill of problem solving by which I can resolve the
