As the job is in the hospitality industry of the country, therefore, the responsibilities of
the front office manager is completely different from the management responsibilities of the
other sector. Here the art of hospitality must be amalgamated to professionalism so that the
manager not only manage the internal employee teams but also the clients or visitors of the
hotel. The most important strength of this job requirement that it requires for the ability to
handle customers which most of the front office management needs to perform but in this
case, the proactivity of the manager is required so that the problem gets mitigated in one
chance otherwise the hotel will be losing its valued clients. Secondly the skills of the front
office manager in this hotel are expected to prepare all the necessary forecasts and work with
reservations which makes this particular job quite industry oriented hance the applicants need
to have qualifications to meet this type of specifications. The job description has weakness as
it does not detail educational qualification of the applicants.
The qualification of this job requires previous experience of the applicant which is
often problematic to meet for the applicant.
This job needs to have detailed educational qualification for the front office manager
as from this job description no applicant will understand whether they need to be graduated
or not.

hotels.
