INTRODUCTION
The nature of business environment is dynamic and it keeps on changing. There is key
role of managing the work according to the changes so that company is able to compete in the
this market. The culture of business organisations in different nations is different and there is
need of adopting the culture in order to manage the work successfully (Day, 2019). It is seen that
change and transformation is necessary at the present time and this report has evaluation
regarding the knowledge of change management. This report is based on Job's international that
has its headquarters in UK. They has enhanced the business operations and established the firm
in India as well. The way of operations in all the nations is different and due to this reason the
company has to bring changes in the operations. In this report, there is discussion related to the
some of the recommendation for Mr Jacob. The obstacles that may occur at the time of
implementing the recommendation are mentioned. The action plan is also being formulated in
the report and the obstacles that might take place in implementation of the plan are mentioned in
the report.
MAIN BODY
Recommendations be as to how Mr Jacobs should proceed?
There are certain challenges that are faced by Mr Jacob in working. They have operations
in various parts of world such as United Kingdom, India European Union, America and
Australia. The culture of all these nations is different and this the reason the operations must also
be different (Ramos, 2020). The productivity of the employees is also low due to the changes
taking place in the organisation. The company is unable to meet the needs and wants of the
employees due to diversification seen in the company. Job international is facing major
challenges relayed to managing the workforce in the company. The major problem associated
with the company is the workforce is not ready to meet the changes and adopt them.
The recommendations are as follows:
They must conduct a meeting of employees and must tell them about the necessity of
change that will help the employees to understand change. There is need of helping the
employees to adopt the transformation. The use of proper change management will help
Mr Jacob to carry on the work in effective manner (Nightingale, Gonda and Eriksen,

designed by the manager so that they are able to attain success.
There is need of motivating the employees. The Job's international must for of all monitor
the performance of the employees. It will help the company to know abou6t their true
picture. the employees who are performing effectively must be given reward and
recognition and at the same time the employees who are not performing in effective
manner must be given training. The performance of all the employees is necessary for the
company and its successful position.
The changes in the management approaches is necessary for Job international so that
they are able to enhance the overall results. There is need of working with new and
innovative ideas. It is the time when all the employees must be given authority and
responsibility so that they are able to manage the working and attain organisational goals

and latest ways of working is beneficial for the company to gain advantage over the

The change in structure of the company is also necessary so that the employees are
provided more authority to carry on the work that is assigned to them. The change is
positive manner motivate the employees and help them to perform better. There is need
of using all the available capabilities of the employees so that real success by the
company is attained and they are able to overcome the problems that they face.
There is need of changing the leadership style as well. In the current situation there is
need of involving more and more employees in decision making of the company
