It mostly depends on the nature of work. For example, if a job requires more of individual
attention it should be carried out alone. However, working in a group should be preferred
where brainstorming and review of others is required.
2. Reasons to hire
After reading the job posting, it can be noticed that the company is looking for someone with
the required experience. My resume reflects the desired experience, moreover, I have the
ability to work with other people effortlessly which sets me apart from other candidates.

I have been blessed with some of challenging bosses throughout my career. I respect them all
but the toughest one was my last manager who liked to put new challenges with each
progress in the job. It enabled me to take on more responsibilities.
