a professional team. The organisation consider in this report is Savoy hotel. It is a luxurious hotel
that are established in the year of 1889 (Maloney, and et.al., 2021). The following report covers
the job description for food and beverage manager and interview procedure between interviewee
and the interviewer for specific job role. And at last, strength and weaknesses of interview
procedure are involved in the report as effectively and efficiently.

2021). As once the interview will get completed, it is essential for the HR section of Savoy hotel
organisation to present the evaluation process of the strength and weaknesses as per to the

interview procedure that are already mentioned above. The strength and weaknesses of the
aforementioned conducted interview procedure are as follows -
Strengths -
Interview procedure is an essential section for dealings with the direct questions that are
required to be asked by the interviewer. It facilitate the management to get suitable
source of information in fewer time.
As the interview procedure is face to face interview is conducted that allows the
interviewer to measure individual's aspects and offers scope to mention detailed questions
that are needed for certain job role (Sheehan, and Wilkinson, 2021).
It is defined as fundamental strength of the interview procedure that the question that
were questioned in the interview process will provide them suitable field of direct
selection of an individual.
Weaknesses -
The procedure of interview is time and cost consuming process that increase the
weakness of overall method that are to be conducted by the Savoy hotel management. As
there are synchronic questions that are asked by the interviewee and some other set up
that are needed for the recruitment procedure rather than tough and expensive process.
Time management is a fundamental issue or the problem that are faced while the
procedure of interview and it will increase the manner of weakness (Tseligka, and Koik,
2021). As because the timing of the individuals and their arrangements of interview
procedure that are not pre-decided by the human resource section of the company.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it has been concluded that, professional identity and practices
are needed for the management to operate and functions in more effective way by which the
company can acquire definite term of targets and aims suitably. By selecting appropriate
individuals in particular job role, the business of management will conduct the interview
procedure. It also provide the services to the management to ascertain the suitable role of the
individuals who have the capability to perform their well defined functions with effectiveness
and efficiency.
