What will you be doing?
Helping to maximise the value our Clients achieve from the agreement
Contributing to client success by supporting the execution of the contract
Gathering data, preparing draft reports, sharing insights
Being the primary contact for administrative and software licensing enquiries from stakeholders
Providing administrative support and learning from the commercial, technical and sales focussed
members of the IBM Client team
