We are looking for a Client Success Associate to join our team in Canberra to work on this
exciting initiative; and build a career for yourself within IBM.
What will you be doing?
 Helping to maximise the value our Clients achieve from the agreement
 Contributing to client success by supporting the execution of the contract
 Gathering data, preparing draft reports, sharing insights
 Being the primary contact for administrative and software licensing enquiries from stakeholders
 Providing administrative support and learning from the commercial, technical and sales focussed
members of the IBM Client team
What skills do you need?
 Ability to build strong relationships with speed
 High attention to detail
 Solid written and verbal communication
 Proven track record of working on multiple priorities at any given time
What experience do you need?
 Recent Graduate
 Business and/or technology aptitude

 Demonstrated experience in an office environment, preferably with a focus on customer service
or sales.
