The report is prepared in regard to the understanding of the job market. The main purpose
of this report is to evaluate the learning and career development and to reflect the career choices
in the upcoming future (Bauder, 2015). There are many carriers’ options which are available so
in this report the current and the future trends of the employments are identified. There are many
career options which are increasing and have a wide scope in the future but there are also many
career option which is declining due to declining demand in the market. The report will basically
focus on career development as the user of the software application as this job is required highly
by all the enterprises. The volunteer organization has also selected and their decryption will also
be given in this report. The current recruitment market will examine and predicted trends of the
company for the upcoming five years will also be elaborated.

The current job market is rapidly changing due to the change in technology, cultural
trends, demographic changes, etc. there are many jobs which has replaced due to the change in
automation and the technologies. There are several kinds of career trends which can be seen in

Technology: The major career trends have been increased in the field of technology. Technology
is required in every career options so there were many jobs which were replaced by the high
technology (Nurvala, 2015). The new and updated computer system, software, laptops, mobile
phones, robotics, and automation is required in the market so technicians and engineers are
required who can update this technology.
Business and finance: There are many trends in career jobs that are increasing in the business
and finance field. There are many people who get attracted to the jobs of the business and

finance as there are n many growth and money also. Every company requires accountants who
can manage their financial work, the well-qualified person who can manage the sales
departments and many advisors also who can take decisions on financial matters (Potts, 2015).
So jobs are required in the field of finance.
Healthcare: The more medical professions are required in the as per the current trends as there
are many medical professions are needed who can manage the wide range of people in the
hospitals. The aging populations are increasing and everyone is going through with some health
issues or major issues so they need the medical professionals and the nurses who can take care of
them.
Engineers: There are several types of engineers that are required in the market for the growth of
the companies and for the economy. There are mechanical, electronic, civil, computer science
engineer, etc. which are required so that more infrastructure development can be done. The needs
of them are required in every company as they also guide the company to take the correct
decisions.
Teachers: The trends of the teachers in the market will also be seen for the next five years. The
teachers are required in the market to educate other people. Nowadays everyone needs the home
tuition and has opened their personal professional classes so the trends regarding the tuition and
home classes are increasing.

Increasing career trends: Although the demands and supply of the job careers fluctuate in

innovation has been paced. So it was observed that 31 increments have been seen in the career of
the software developer applications as their demand is very high in the market. 22% increment
has been seen in the computer and information system managers as there is high requirement for
computer knowledge. As people nowadays focus on a high lifestyle so the focus is on self-

Decreasing career trends: Due to the advancement of the technology in the market there are
many job careers which have declined in the current market trend such as photographer process
as everyone has the high quality of camera so they didn’t prefer many photographers for clicking
the picture (Pfieffelmann, Wagner & Libkuman, 2010). The decrement has also been seen in the
textile machine setters, tenders, and the operators. There are many updated machines which are
available in the market which used to do better production of textiles. Earlier the new accounts
are prepared manually and file was maintained by the accountant but now everyone is recorded
on computers and every data is stored in the software. Legal secretaries of the companies are
declining. So the major declines of the job have been seen in such places only.

In Australia the expected trends have been seen in the development of the software
application career. The major companies which are appointing and giving a high salary are

There are several jobs included in the Australian Conservation Foundation that is also
used in the career of the person. The different jobs are executive manager, project manager
corporate executive, service product manager and head of corporate services and research leader
in the organization to research several processes. I have chosen the job of the project manager,
which is very useful in the future, career paid jobs also which give the experience of managing
