The concept of job satisfaction is known as an important technique which is useful for managing
employee retention within organisation. This is used for accomplishing the performance
requirement often employ at workplace (Ali and Anwar, 2021). This job satisfaction level of
employees can be increased through different ways. For any company to be productive in
business environment, it is essential to motivate and encourage employees for focusing upon
their work and achieving the organisational targets. The following report consist of different
issues related to job satisfaction. It is in favour for the topic: job satisfaction at workplace. There
are different arguments and reflection on skills which are used for developing this rept.

According to the views of Judge, Zhang and Glerum, (2020), the aspect of job
satisfaction is really an important concept for a company. It is very essential for employee
welfare and stability of business in market. Dissatisfaction of employees can lead to low working
standards and increased conflicts among employees. That is why employee satisfaction has to be
increased in order to manage workforce. For supporting this topic in context of relevant data,
there is further research and discussion. Job satisfaction within employees is necessary for
enhancing the company’s performance. Job satisfaction at workplace is important in following
manner:
Minimised employee turnover: it can be said that if employees of the company are satisfied
then it is easy to enhance the employee retention (Ramli, 2019). More employees will eager to
work in the company if they are providing good incentives and benefits to employees. An
employee can stay loyal for the company if he’s getting all the requirements fulfilled.
Increased productivity: employee satisfaction is helpful for enhancing the productivity and
increasing employee satisfaction by 100%. Efforts and determination of employees is an easy
way to increase working standards of company and maintaining proper performance. When there
is improved business output and increased profitability then it is easy to increase productivity.

job satisfaction at workplace and increasing productivity at work. There are some of the
companies listed below which have provided job satisfaction to employees in order to increase
their performance in market. There is requirement of increasing job satisfaction level among
employees so that they can served in the company for long period.
Walmart: it is one of the global retailer of grocery item. This company has achieved high
working standard employees. There is continuous training and development opportunities for
employees. This helps in reducing ambiguity and workplace stress (Orgambídez-Ramos and de
Almeida, 2017). these employees are involved in working more efficiently for attaining
organisational targets.
Mango: this is a multinational organisation which is famous for accessories, apparels, perfume
and footwear across the World. This company provide employee satisfaction by providing them
proper breaks and leaves so that employees do not get stress at work. Moreover, motivational
and encouragement activities are provided to employees in order to increase satisfaction level.
Marks and Spencer: it is multinational company of UK which is involved in home improvement
tools, food services, clothing, apparels and many more. For increasing productivity at work,
managers of this organisations are providing employees satisfaction by providing non financial
benefits to employees.
Reflection on those skills used for completing task
There are several skills which are used for completing the assigned tasks and work. There were
some of these skills which have helped a lot in managing the whole process. Some of these are
listed below:
Team working: in order to complete research work properly, teamwork has helped a lot. As I
have to complete the work on the given deadline, my team members have divided the whole
project into small segments. Each team member was assigned a deadline and at last whole
project was gathered.
Decision-making skills: it is very important for me to be a good decision maker in order to
complete all project work effectively (Thiagaraj and Thangaswamy, 2017). There is need to

focus upon different issues and make out the best result out of it. There is need for managing the
decision's properly so that activities are completed efficiently.
Leadership skills: It is all very important skill which is required the dinner person for
completing the project efficiently. Leadership is helpful for controlling and managing different
activities properly. There is need for building strong relationship and bond among team members
in order to complete the task properly. Leadership helps me to manage the promotion of job
satisfaction at workplace efficiently.
Communication skills: it is very important for me to communicate the project aim to the
subordinates effectively. There is also need for managing communication properly and
delivering right information to all people (Arian, Soleimani, and Oghazian, 2018). I want to
become a good leader and manager in future that is why communication skill will help me a lot
in building my career. Communication is an important aspect which helps me to explain about
research aim and objective to team members appropriately.
Conclusion
From the above discussion, it is clear that job satisfaction is the most important aspect of
any organisation. This helps to build are strong and impactful bond for employees towards the
company. This directly increases the performance of employee as well as organisation. Lot of
companies whether small or big are focusing upon providing job satisfaction to their employees
so that they can sustain successfully within market for long period. It is also important for
different organisations to focus upon managing Job satisfaction level so that goals can be
achieved easily.
