Introduction
The business plan is being considered as an effective strategic tool that helps the entrepreneurs
for focusing on the necessary steps for ensuring the success in the organization (Blyton &
Morris, 2017). In the current business scenario developing an effective business practices have
become necessary in terms of ensuring the profitability rate as well as customer engagement. In
order to develop a business plan, it is important for the companies to understand different
contracts of business and those impacts on thee business practices. The purpose of this study is to
shed light on the case of introducing different growth processes that can help to maintain the
employment standard in the workplace.

Process for processing with the contracts
The term employment contract is being considered as the agreement between the employer and
employees. In case of establishing the responsibilities and rights between two parties the
employment contract is being signed. There are different elements which are being included in
the employment contract. Salary, work hour, duration of employment, general responsibility,
confidentiality, Communications, future competition and benefits are being included in the
employment contract (Freedland et al., 2016). It cannot be denied that employment contract is
being considered as the great way for defining the job. In other words it can also be say that in
order to share the responsibilities as well as benefits with the employees the employment
contract plays a significant role for reducing the confusion between employer and employee.
Before developing the employment contract it is very important for the organization to
understand if the employee is comfortable with contracts or not. All the employment contracts

highlights different elements related to the job but it is also true that implication of employment
contract is a complex process. Implication of contract can be interfere due to various actions your
past employment history of the company. Based on the employment history and annual review of
the company employment contract may change. In order to enforcing the implication of
employment contract building the effective relationship between employees and employers is
very important (Neetha, 2019). By pointing the policies statements actions and practices of the
company it can be easier for Joe and Joel to introduce effective employment contract in the
company. It cannot be denied that employment contract is being considered as the great way for
defining the job. In other words it can also be say that in order to share the responsibilities as
well as benefits with the employees the employment contract plays a significant role for reducing
the confusion between employer and employee. Before developing the employment contract it is

valley description the lease contract needs to be signed (Ash & Cheesman, 2016). Before
introducing a restaurant it is very important for the owners to select the physical store from

lease the financial analyst of the company can effectively control the entire process. By adjusting
with the depression of expenses to the account the interest expenses can be handled. Therefore it
can be say that lease a property is a rental agreement that outlines the term of responsibilities and
rights of each party. In order to implement the lease agreement it is very important for the
entrepreneurs to make a proper agreement with the landlords. In the lease contract termination as

are occupying the property for the certain length of time. By adjusting with the depression of

conditions, the employment contract related transparency needs to be maintained with the

In case of getting the approval from the owners needs to focus on maintaining the food and
hygiene regulations so that the standard quality of products can be served to the customers. In
case of every business the Food Act 2014 and Food Hygiene Regulations 1974 required to be
implemented before making the certification and registration process (Govt.nz, 2019). in terms
of operating the food premises the registration as well as certification based on the Food and
Hygiene regulations not only ensure the sustainable position of the organization in the market,
but also it can play an important role for driving the growth opportunities in the market. In the
IRS standard organic options within the RSB category has been shown 62% growth from the
year 2017. Based on the new experiences of the traders the forex strategies are being introduced.
In order to identify the potential reversal points in the market is very important for using the tool
of training indicators. Based on the effective training indicators it becomes easier for identifying

Healthy eating trends among the customers has become common in the current business scenario
(Shen & Zhang, 2016). Due to the changing needs of the customers dressing of the products has
become highly popular in the food industry. In a recent research it has been identified that near
about 78% of customers are trying to have fresh products for maintaining the Healthy lifestyle.
Market consumers always looks for or better product which comes in attractive dressing. Due to
the household penetration shelf stable dressing as well as refrigerated dressing has become
highly popular in the market. In a recent research it has been identified that decision making
process of the customers gets influence based on these two categories. In most of the cases
brands try to make the product offering process effective so that the customer demand for the
clear ingredients can be fulfilled. In the IRS standard organic options within the RSB category

in dressing sections and production section. By continuing this it can also be said that dips are

changing health friends among the customers it cannot be denied that people has become highly
concerned recording their health benefits. In this situation dips and dressing have become
important element for the restaurant to ensure your business growth. Therefore, in can be said
that selling the steps and dressing the restaurant can introduce its own unique strategy. Adding
the Organic products and representing it through the effective marketing strategy can play an

important role for dragging the attention of the customers. On the other hand it is also true that
determining the trained direction in the food industry dressings of the food products needs to be
improved.
Implications of customer protection laws in relation to the Joe and Joel business
Based on the customer protection laws are being designed in order to protect the customers from
deceptive unfair and fraudulent practices by the companies. Through the customer protection
laws the business violations against the customer are being subjected based on the financial
penalty or negative publicity. In order to promote the consumer protection laws the fair trade
practices are been introduced. The federal fair trade laws are being in force by the federal trade
Commission in which product safety laws as well as consumer product safety regulations have
been included. In order to develop a new business it is very important for promoting competitive
as well as protected consumer environment in the Marketplace (Producebusiness.com, 2019). In
the federal law untruthful advertising towards the consumers are being prohibited. Introducing
effective business strategy it is very important for the entrepreneur to ensure product safety laws
and state consumer protection laws so that the liability of the customers towards the organization
can be ensured.
By following the product safety laws it can be easier for the company to ensure the standard
quality of foods which will be manufactured in the restaurant. Through the effective application
of consumer Protection law it can be easier for the restaurant 2 to maintaining the transparency
with the consumers. It cannot be denied that in case of food business like restaurant it is very
important for ensuring the quality standard of the food which will be served to the customers. In
this case based on the proper audit of a particular company situation in the workplace can be
avoided. Therefore it can be said that CPA plays an important role for protecting customers from

Joe and Joel to avoid harassment as well as intimidating situation towards taking the advantage
of vulnerable situation of the customers. In case of this restaurant applying the customer
protection act extending the cooling off period can be e beneficial. This process the customers
will be provided the samples of the fruits based on which they will order their favorite foods. On
the other hand banning the hidden fees it can be easier for the company to avoid the additional
expenses of the customers. In this process customers will not ask for paying the extra charges
against every food order.
Customer protection laws pay an important role for avoiding the abusive situations in the
workplace. Being the food producer the entrepreneur should be responsible for providing the
information to the customers regarding the foods as well as based on the accuracy of scientific
evidence of the food products the customer protection can be maintained in the restaurant
business. Food leveling is being considered as the prime informing process to the customers
about the food standard as well as quality. Including the storage life preparation instruction as
well as handling process the levels are being designed which are being controlled by the food
legislations. In the restaurant business implementing the customer protection law it is very
important for the entrepreneur to share the necessary information regarding the net quantity date
