Introduction
An HR plays an important role in organisation to hire and manage the workforce of
organisation. In the first part of this context, skills set required by HR are framed as a
professional development plan where an internal audit of skills will be done. Mark Lewis is
selected as company where skills required for HR role will be discussed. Apart from first
question, the remaining question is consisting of organisational and personal development in
wider context. These organisational and personal developments would bring a sustainable and
efficient business for organisation. HR role in different aspects has been discussed and
evaluated.

organization is essentially in service the departmental store business vertical. Having a wide
