management plan consists of various elements such as cost, time, risk, communication, scope
etc. which all are briefly discussed under this report. John Lewis, a UK-based organisation which
is currently engaged in providing wide range of items such as clothing, watches, banking and
financial services etc. is selected for the purpose of preparing the present research report. The
project discusses the Gantt chart and Work-breakdown structure along with suitable project
management plan. It also briefly explains the small scale research, data collection and analysis,
recommendation and a valid conclusion.
