several kinds of projects and some are ongoing at the workplace. In order to complete the current
study, project of business expansion in developing country which is China is taken into
consideration. Further, with the objectives of enhancing market share and profit the project was
incorporated by the management of J&J. Further, the study shows about planning, deliverables,
assurance and control aspects which are used in concept of project management. Apart from this,
specific project context is used for evaluating project of business expansion in China. At the end
of assignment, recommendations are provided on the basis of lack remained at the time of
completing business expansion project of Johnson and Johnson pharmaceutical company and
provide different kind of products in the age group of 0 to 5 years children and provide safety

is pharmaceutical company and provide different kind of products in the age group of 0 to 5
years children. It can be said that, time was not managed properly and employees are not allowed
to engage. Therefore, it can be suggested to project manager of J&J that, he or she needs to apply
ample of time management strategies and techniques like preparing daily-to-do list, avoiding
multitasking etc. Moreover, the company should use democratic organisational style rather than
bureaucratic culture. The reason is that, through this employee will engage and project manage
able to get wide range of opinions and ideas. Once these both strategies will adopt by manager
then upcoming business projects will be completed highly successfully and within deadline.
