INTRODUCTION
A joint venture is a plan between two or more companies in order to join the forces with the
aim of investing. Each of the company shares the business management and the financial
running of the business (Killing, 2013). Globalization is a term used when two or more
businesses combine the promotion of services in an interdependent global economy. It is the
action of integration and interaction among the people and the companies (Wright, 2016).
The Venture Capital Market of UK grown up the scale over last decade. The past decade
observed an intense growth in types and number of investors. A joint venture business has
entered in an international market to explore the international trade without being involved in
the responsibilities of business transactions of cross-border (Killing, 2013). The project plan will
help the researchers in designing appropriate framework for its implementation.
AIM OF THE RESEARCH
The aim of the research is to identify the risk and benefits of joint venture to enter international
markets (Killing, 2017). The research specifically aims at looking at the UK business venture to
enter the markets in the last 5 years.
OBJECTIVES
To establish a budget for the research
To review the literature on the risk and benefits of a joint venture for entering in the
international market.
To investigate the risk and benefit of joint venture to the Tata Motors and the
challenges Tata Motor will face while entering in the market.
To share the knowledge about the joint venture or business operations in an
international market in the concept of globalization (Killing, 2017).

SCOPE OF THE RESEARCH
The research is made with the purpose of determining the advantages and the disadvantages of
a joint business venture to enter an international market. The research emphasizes on the
concept of UK business venture Tata Motors to enter the market and to expand the business
operations by sharing it with the foreign partners (Pellegrino and McNaughton, 2015). The
research also focuses on expanding a business by gaining and maintaining large markets and
the customer base (Potrafke, 2015).
A UK business venture may access to the new networks and the markets easily after entering in
the market. The research focuses on the capability of the Tata Motors along with the benefits
of globalization that includes sharing of cost, increased capacity, access to greater resources,
finance and specialized staff (Pellegrino and McNaughton, 2015). The scope of this research
includes
Communication plan
It is necessary to implement a communication plan for the research. The administrator needs to
communicate with the members about the research budget, resources and timeline required to
accomplish the objectives of the project (O'Leary, 2017).
Quality control
The research methods such as the qualitative and quantitative techniques define the quality of
the research. The quantitative research includes the decision making on the basis of
quantitative data and qualitative includes the customer opinions about Tata Motors. Also, the
primary data involves collecting recent data while secondary data includes the information
from the journals and websites (Hughes et al., 2019).

Risk management
The company must ensure that there is the use of sufficient research practices to maintain the
cost and complete the project without any delay (O'Leary, 2017). There is the biggest risk of
increasing cost, therefore researchers’ needs to estimate the project cost and work accordingly.
The work breakdown structure and the Gantt chart must be followed by Tata Motors for task
completion.
LIMITATIONS OF THE RESEARCH
A manager must determine the limitations of the project before implementing the research
practices. These are the boundations in the project which is to be analyzing by the manager
(O'Leary, 2017).
The biggest limitation is the inappropriate budget for the project, a manager must perform the
tasks according to the budget as it should not be exceed. The stationary charges, refreshment
and travelling cost may cost high and ultimately brings difficulty in project completion.
Another limitation is the period of project completion which is to be focused by a researcher to
complete the research within a particular time frame without exceeding it (O'Leary, 2017).
Also, the lack of required information and the incorrect information may stands as a limitation
for the research. The data collected through the customer survey may not always be accurate
or not surely consists loyalty in answers.
RESOURCES
Researchers need different types of resources in their research including financial, human and
technical resources. The researcher needs the support of the staff for organizing and
conducting the interviews for the consumers (Meredith et al., 2017). IT department requires
providing technical resources to utilize the software, networks and excel sheets for evaluating
research results. Financial resources are required to provide finance to create budget and cost

CONCLUSION
The project report has evaluated and analyzed the plan which is very helpful for the researcher
to design the framework in order to implement the plan effectively. In this research, researcher
has adopted the Quantitative technique to analyze the research on the quantitative data. The
report has discussed the aims and objectives along with the scope and limitations of the project
report. The plan also provides project timeline with Gantt chart and work breakdown structure.
The report also discussed these points in concern with the joint venture of Tata Motors to enter
the international market.
