but now plans to expand business in emerging marketplace, for increasing the profitability and
gaining highly competitive advantages. Therefore, for this purpose, its managers need to evaluate
the possible strategies that aid to enter new marketplace.

industry and provide products such as lingerie and swim suit. Respective company is operating
its business activities and functions in several countries i.e. USA, Carmel and Indiana. Now they
are planning to launch their business in market of United Kingdom so that they able to enhance
