This group choose a very sensitive topic which is the issue of sexual harassment in workplace.
Sexual harassment can be in various forms such as verbal harassment, non-verbal/ gesture
harassment, visual harassment, psychological harassment, and physical harassment. The issues
that have been discussed in the presentation are women staff afraid to file a report toward
person that have been harassing them at workplace and the awareness about sexual harassment.
78% of victims afraid to file a report because certain reasons such as the report did not give
any impact in their life, felt ashamed and embarrassed and do not have time. There are also a
few steps suggested to protect the victims and giving justice to them. The awareness about this
issue also very little as people do not care much about their surroundings. There are also cases
involving this issue happening in our country, Malaysia. The cases report by the news quite a
lot and worrying.

The theme of the management ethics of corporate governance, mainly about the company's
board of directors gender diversity and corporate social responsibility, I think the team 2 reflect
not specific enough, above the relationship of the equality between men and women enough, I
think the equality between men and women is always desirable, in Malaysia also made it clear
that man is equal in law, However, the proportion of men in the workplace is obviously larger
than that of men, especially in the management level. Therefore, the elimination of the salary
gap was mentioned in the presentation of Group 2, but I think the most fundamental thing is to
start from people's fundamental concept of equal treatment. Corporate social responsibility
affects the economy, society and environment of the society, but corporate social responsibility
also represents the corporate culture, so the larger the enterprise, the greater the social
responsibility, entrepreneurs should take the country and society as the centre, to develop the
enterprise.

Corruption can exist in any country. Abuse of public office for personal gain erodes trust in

from effectively promoting economic development in a way that benefits all citizens.

awareness among public. Sometimes, the fraud is not easy to detect. Therefore, business person
should have the knowledge about fraud and plan strategies in order to avoid and prevent the
fraud. Public also need to more aware about the issue of fraud that happen around us. The
increase the fraud cases, the increase the criminal cases around the world not only in our
country, Malaysia. This will be affected to whole country peaceful.

pharmaceutical products which is Tylenol Extra-Strength capsules have been replaced by
cyanide-strapped capsules that cause seven people in Chicago area died. But Johnson &
Johnson take quick actions by withdraw all the products from keep selling to save people lives.
Johnson & Johnson have gain consumers’ trust to keep buying their products after Johnson &
Johnson show that they take the responsibility seriously.
