a) According to the codes of ethics published by the International Association of
Police Chiefs (IACP) IN 1989, there was a public demand that a police officer
should have uncompromising integrity to maintain the public's approval and trust.
Thus, the officer should not accept the offer to take the sandwich for free as this
can be termed as corruption or blackmail (Saunders et al., 2017). The law is clear;
any police officer must not receive any private or social advantage from their
official status in an attempt to earn public respect. Should an officer accept to take
this sandwich for free, then the entire police body will be regarded as corrupt and
untrusty worthy.
b) As been prescribed by the Department of correction Code of Ethics handbook
number 3, it is clearly stated that the state has no employee under the
representation of interest shall act or represent any private wish of the inmate and
shall not in any way try to take cover of an inmate in crime (Kadish, Schulhofer,
& Barkow, 2016). Besides, the guard should not consider any gift or bribe from
the inmate. Should a suspicion of a collision of the guard and the inmates be seen,
then the guard is to be relocated to another block to avoid further temptation. The
correctional officer should then report Rey to the necessary authorities without
fear or favor.
c) In other words, probation is another form of a jail sentence; hence, the cause does
not apply in this case. An officer under probation is only allowed to search for
individual properties with the permit of issuance of a warrant (Steinberg, 2017).
For this to happen, the police officer must have a beyond reasonable doubt of the
probationer hiding of illegal of harmful things that are against the law that a

police officer should search in pursuit for finding out the truth. This must happen
after the search warrant was issued the police officers to the owner of the house or
property being searched.
d) The ethical and professional practice discussed here is the ability to make the right
decision that is professionally prescribed on how moral choices should be made and
why. Melendez argues that drug analysis certificates are used broadly instead of the live
testimony to determine the quality, composition, and identity. That shows the
professionalism sense since for the test to go through successfully without errors and
mistaken identity; the laboratory technician skill may be required that can only be
offered by the expert in that field (Melendez-Diaz v. Massachusetts, 2009). If the
Supreme Court can establish the forensic evidence report which is subject to the
confrontation clause of the sixth amendment. This can impose substantial weight on the
criminal justice system while on the other have increased the reliability of the operation.
e) I may still lack the solid on where precisely this path will lead me. Once in my
lifetime, I might end up being physically disabled, but my knowledge will still
count on the reasoning up with the community on how to handle various criminal
justice. Aging is inevitable. This is done to achieve the perfect law enforcement
and correctional approaches in the city. My interest is to frequently work with the
border patrol and am currently conducting research on the international side of
homeland security due to reliable sources that I have in Canada. I am pushing
forward to working with different foreign branches of the criminal justice system
within the United States and Canada while working through the ports. The
communities need rescue hand that will forever fight for their justice with a full

criminal cases. Factors which I believe pushes my ambition moving.
