As all the companies has a particular type of organisational structure for futher dividing
its roles, rules and responsibilities in order to get the work done effectively and to take the best
descions that will enhance the operating efficiency of the business. There are various type of
organisation structure which are explained below- Functional organisation structure- This structure allows the employees to focus on
their job role that will lead to allow them to be more specialized and that will help and
various departments by being more specific in their skills and various functions of the
business. Under this, the work and role are divided into group that will be on the basis of
roles and responsibilities. A functional structure is helpful for the company as it allows
various departments to generate the level of trust among employees as per their skills and
expertise which are necessary and required to attain the goals of the company. Hierarchical organisation structure- It is presented in the form of pyramid shaped and
hierarchical organisation structure is said to be one of the most common type of
organisation structure that is used to manage the various level of authority and
responsibility in t he organisation. This organisation is also beneficial for the employees
as they get a speciality on specific topics and helathy relationships between the
employees and departments in order to have clear paths that can bring more chances of
overall development. Employees will be more clear as they will be more specific about
