Project Charter
The project charter is the formal, precise document which is published for the purpose
of describing the project. It takes into account the type of objectives, the manner in which it will
carried out and the relevant stakeholders. This is one of the important aspect for JyotiVIC
because this is helpful in throughout the life cycle of the project (Schwalbe, 2015 [3]).
Project management objective: “To increase the productivity by 10% with the new ERP
system by the end of 2020.”
Success measure: The success will be measured by making comparison with the annual
reports and profitability reports of before implementing the ERP system and after
installing the system.
Roles: The role of this system will be to make work simpler and enhance communication
between different departments.
Approach: The approach which will selected in this can be online where everyone will
be communicated on their online systems.
Key stakeholders who will be benefited with the project.
The employees are one of the most important aspect of stakeholders as they are
treated as an asset for the company. They will be benefited with this as their work will become
simpler. At the same time employees will also be benefited with this, as they will get those
products whose efficiency and effectiveness will be more compared to older products.
Scope statement for this project.
The scope statement for JyotiVIC is “ to be the largest creator of software solutions by
accomplishing all the respective aims and objectives effectively and efficiently.
Work breakdown structure is the one that breaks the larger tasks into smaller pieces and makes
the work simpler as proper allocation is done to the employees as per their skills and
capabilities.
The structure which will be followed under this includes hierarchical order where there will be
three levels (Kerzner, 2017 [2]).

Risk associated with the project.
The risk which will be associated with this project includes the leak of confidential
information. This is because at initial time the employee may or may not be trained enough to
work on ERP system and this can lead to leakage of information which is required to be kept
private. This problem or risk can be overcome by properly providing the training to employees
so that the privacy can be maintained.
Ethical analyses
The lacks of employees safety is one of the most important ethical issue because
through this they may not feel safe and motivated to work with the company (Fleming and
Koppelman, 2016 [1]). There are certain important ethical principles like adoption of
employment act, providing employees with safe and secure working atmosphere which is free
from bullying, harassment and unethical practices. Apart from this, the project management
team has aimed to develop code of ethics and professional conduct and an ethical decision
making framework.
If there is inequality of pay for performing the same work in the similar organisation
between the male and female then this will create the negative feeling in the female
employees.
