INTRODUCTION
In this assignment, some of the legal framework and some legislation of the Kango business are
explained. With the help of business law, the organization will get some of the policy and the
legislation (Baker, 2019). They will also give some of the application frameworks and through
this, the business will run very smoothly in the market. On the other hand, this report also
provides English law for adhering to a different type of legislation. This will also explain the
different type of business organization (Baker, 2019). Their main motive is to give the legal
solution to the organization and provide some of the law which was basically applicable in court.
In 2016 Jay and Alex was the founder of the Kango Company. They are mainly provided a good
quality of meal to the customer and they will also provide home delivery of the meal (Baker,
2019). They will also take some amount of money from the customer to whom they deliver there
meal. They will also provide the online services to their customer which is a more comfortable
way to purchase the meal. With the help of an online website and app, most of the customer
purchase the product and satisfy by there need and wants (Baker, 2019). On the other hand, the
Kango business was facing lots of problems and issues in there organization and some of the
technical challenges because of online selling. Moreover, Kango was planning to expand its
business in much different type of cities of London (Baker, 2019).
