this context the status withdrawl theory of the entrepreneurship can be taken into account.
According to the theory when the value or status of an individual is not being respected by the
society, that individual tends turn towards innovation (Drucker 2014). The same thing happened

In the time period when everybody was engaged into the sports of the men, she found interest in
the sport activities of the women. Despite having various forms of risk, as an entrepreneur, she

Instead of focusing on the women sports, she can put her interest in various other activities of the
sports. She must expand her business in various organizations of the company which are related
to women. She can even start up her own fashion industry where she can employ only the
women. This will even establish her name for helping the women as well. However, she can
even open up a magazine where she can connect all the women around the world. Here her
business of the fashion can also be advertised. However, one of the significant recommendation
for her would be that instead of focusing just on the sports of the women, she can take up interest
in the sports in general and produce which can be utilized universally by all.
