INTRODUCTION
 This presentation have focused on Katz office fit-outs who is popular for
productive and commitment services.
 This presentation is made to track the work done till now in the fit-outs project.
 Also, presentation will consider knowledge on existing team base working or
project performances.

Overview of the project
 This project is undertaken by the Katz office fit-outs to be complete in the given point
of time.
 During the work, current project manager has left organisation and rest of the work is
paused in between
 To complete this project, new project manager will be recruit and work will need to
be complete in rest 2 months.

Current status of the project
 The fit-out work has completed on partial basis on each level of the building out of
four level infrastructure.
 The actual work done is given in the table:

Additional information
 The time term for this project is almost 4 months and work done till now as on 1
May.
 After leaving of the Tony faultier, charged as to be given to new project manager.
 From work done till now to 50 percent, rest work need to be completed in rest two
months till 1 June

Overview of the leadership behaviour
 Leadership is necessary in every project which has long term working and also managing
the people at one point of time.
 As, previous project manager Tony Faultier was arrogant, treats himself at like dictator,
not listening to other and very lazy and lethargic.
 Because of the Tony faultier relationship with suppliers and contractor was not wrathful.
 As, because of this, work of the fit-out has not been completed on time.
 Autocratic leadership has been undertaken which is not appropriate as per team needs or
requirements,

Organizational zoo model
 This zoo model is the leadership behavior of the Tony faultier.

Preferred solution
 Democratic leadership is the best solution in this project and defined use of
collaborative working cultures is a need,
 As a part of the support, new project manager is need to be hire and training
accordingly.

Team environment and cultures
 In this project, mostly an individual working was undertaking in which project
manager Tony has breakdown the made team and brings in demotivation in the
work cultures.
 In this project , project manager was using an individualistic cultures, in which
the support of other team people have not been considered.
 This is as because of the Tony faultier.

contribution of each and every support of team partner is used to be undertaken.

Conclusion
From the above presentation, it is concluded that this project is based on initiation
and completion of the fit-out project in an effective or productive manner. This
project of the fit-out is completely based on an effective and team based
environment of working cultures.
