the people at one point of time.
As, previous project manager Tony Faultier was arrogant, treats himself at like dictator,
not listening to other and very lazy and lethargic.
Because of the Tony faultier relationship with suppliers and contractor was not wrathful.
As, because of this, work of the fit-out has not been completed on time.
Autocratic leadership has been undertaken which is not appropriate as per team needs or
