INTRODUCTION
The Kawana Soccer Club is planning to organize a football event (Kaw football event) on
28/09/2018 in London. Club needs funds for this event. The study will prepare a formal proposal
in order to make them aware with benefit of sponsorship agreement for club and partners. It will

The club was established in year 1990 and it has acquired “Henzell park rangers club”. It
has been funded by Kawana estate Pvt Ltd at its initial process. In the year 1991 it has been
shifted to other place with latest sport equipment’s. We have 360 players, over a period of time
club has grown by 10%. In each two years we organize some social events related to sports.
Headquarters of the club is in UK; we have more than 15-years of experience in this field. We

have organised many successful sport events in London. We have built strong relationship with
our existing partners and they love to continue working with us for longer duration. It is the
oldest club in London and has association with many government bodies. There are many semi
government and public firms that give funds to this club for organising sport events every year.
Kawana Soccer Club follows all legal guidelines of sport committee and entire activities are
performed according to these regulations. It also organises sports for disabled persons, last year
Kawana Soccer Club has organised game for handicapped people in London. This has raised
brand image of the firm and we have generated huge profit from it.
We upload videos, photos of each event on our website in order to make others aware of
the sport club. Company concentrates more on organising social events and it has associated
with NHF trust for funding. We continuously promote our partners through our social pages and
marketing programs. In last five years Kawana Soccer Club has opened its two more branches
and now it is organising sport events in England and many other locations as well.
About Kaw football event
Kaw football event is the activity which is going to be held on 28/09/2018. There will be
presence of approx. 1 million audiences. Media partners of this sport event would be BBC, Sky
sport and ITV. This would be highly interactive event and sponsors will get chance to engage
with event attendees. Our past sports activities were very successful and partners have generated
huge profit with these events. We are planning to make our Kaw football event as successful as
our previous sports.

 Logo and company name will be displayed in all surroundings or boundaries. Person
who will be entered in ground will be able to see names of sponsorship firms.
 Banner of enterprise will be in club house; this poster will be used in entire season and
each event that would be organised by club.
 Banner of the entity will be placed behind coach.
 Sponsor firm will be acknowledging in video interviews.
Gold Sponsor
This package has been designed for such companies those which are sponsoring any
event for the first time.
 To avail this option individual will have to invest $5000 per year+ GST

 Gold sponsor will get naming rights for team
