disruptive impacts on traditional businesses.
Kawasaki corporation being a company which is a huge manufacturer of products like
engines, motorcycles, aerospace, ships, defence equipment, etc. has to be adaptable in nature, due
to the consistent technological advancements. It also focuses on a large number of differentiated
technological innovations (Perera. (2017)). Also the company is focusing on the partnership with
a start up in artificial intelligence (AI).
Legal Factors
Legal factors refer to the factors that basically take place due to the regulatory changes in
the environment. These factors basically affect a broader level of economy. These factors
include, permits and licences required for the operations of the company, industry regulations,
consumer and employment protection laws, protection of the intellectual property, etc.
Regulations can either serve as tailwind or can serve as headwind for the company .
As, Kawasaki heavy industries has its operational bases in different countries like Asia,
Africa, Brazil, Australia, Canada, Latin America, European Union and the Middle East, it has to
be in compliance with several rules and regulations of the particular countries (Alanzi. (2018)).
The company was also involved in a legal case of a dealership that failed in providing the
delivery of motorcycles.
