INTRODUCTION
Marketing or to develop new product is the opportunity for the company to get market
share in order to meet out the company aims and objectives. In order to begin with the study
or as per the part of your business effective module we have assigned the project which
was based on to creating the fashion clothing company site along with use of different
tool like wix and trello with some new methodology called Keen Fashion. In other words
the project management in which we learned different elements of methods which is all about the
planning, resources, guidelines that how we executed the whole planning process into action. By
this project task I have learned that how to manage the work and how to ensure the
accomplishments. On times. The website is online fashion stores for women’s clothing.
The whole team work been based on Keen Fashion clothing store which launch for age group of
18-45.
Tools used: as per the guidelines of the project work, at the time when this execution is
going process, we have taken different tools and techniques to perform this such as
wix, trello, risk management, SWOT analysis that become very helpful tool to get this
work accomplished in the more appropriate manner.
Wix: Wix is the best tool or way through individual can easily modify their website with
different customization tools.
Trello : Trello is the kind of tool that helps backside to the website and handling the all
process and also ensure how many individuals works on this website and their roles
and activities assigned to them as well.
SWOT analysis: this is the tool which belongs to personal analysis that also give each
individual strength and weaknesses.
Risk management: Risk management is the techniques or tool that helps to measure
the risk or uncertainties involves in the environment and also helps to take the some
action plan behind the good performance.
In order to add some more information talking about the team formation we are divided
in the group. I worked with four members in this project which has been already decided at the
initial stage of the process. As the initial of the process each individual of the team members has

already appointed to their respective work as per the Belbin model. As we all are belongs to the
different culture so that we all have to perform your work accordingly.
Individual reflection summary:
When it comes to completing the work divided from the group at first week in sprint 1 I was
assigned to find good pictures of women between ages 18-45 for our Keen fashion website. I
collect all the pictures and paste it to the trello. But after in fourth week we decide to change the
whole background so we removed that pictures from there. In sprint 4 I have create discount
option for our website. So I created different types of discount upcoming sales options and save
25% on your next order. Furthermore, I also worked on creating different delivery option.
In sprint 5 I have to observed that on the website pictures, video or background, product
categories and the size and the type of font which are suitable tool that I can adopt to perform my
work that are Suitable or if its not sufficient I have to modify in those methods and opt the other
options so that it can easily change or readable to customers. Internal SWOT Analysis, external
SWOT. In order to perform my five task which involves to create slides, explains the whole
sprint to the tutors while presentation.
In conclusion, as per the Belbin team role model it has been clear that I am a team leader
and become a complete finisher by following my respective work. I used my skills and
knowledge in best performing manner in order to get the best outcomes and results. This also

the best developing growth. I learned good or bad both experiences firstly I came to kearn or
develop my interpersonal or research skills to get the best outcome and growth. For that it helps
me to learn different approaches and target. I helped to other or another person so the great
website is been creating the work accordingly. Secondary I got to learned that how to create
webiste hwo to handle the whole website with different techniques or tools. Learned team
building and create new connection for my future. Overall, in this project my role is to gathered
information regarding websites and implementing the Keen plan in order to gain the website
traffic. In order to handle the site functions I used to work on Trello

Conclusion: Overall experience of my is well and good and learnt lots of things in order to
generate the long lasting results (Reynolds, 2017). Overall, project helped to gain new different
learning opportunities that can help me to get future goals and career objectives. Overall, study
increased my learning and increased my team spirit.
