points which include socialization, recruitment, performance management, reward system,
leadership and modelling participation, structure and policy of the organisation, allocation of
resources and interpersonal communication for providing and effective teamwork support and
bring about changes of development in the communication of culture. The current study aims
to analyses the modern workplace working and culture trends prevalent. The study also aims
to establish the relationship between management and leadership and its influence on the
structure of the organisation and culture practices. The study will highlight the goals and
objectives Organisational culture and the reasons for the establishment along with their
importance. The study leadership and management behaviour along with group and team
behaviour in the organisation. Motivation and perception the team also be elaborated in the
study. Kellogg's is one of the famous and oldest brands dedicated in serving and creating
foods and brands that fuel the best for everyone. The company is committed to its ideas and
is dedicated to the people and their well-being. The vision of the company is to enrich and
delight the world with its food and brands that matter.
Task
Background/outline of the project
The project is aimed to cultivate the knowledge of the student and provide a clear
understanding of the nature of behaviour as practice in the organisation. The venturing of the
project started as a response to the understanding of organisation culture and in the impact of
organisational behaviour in the organisation. The project aims to analyse the group behaviour

also understands the importance of goals and objective. As influenced by Mullins (2016),
project works to establish of coherent analysis of relationship existing between structure
