Kenanga Investor Berhad is financial company which works on banking investments,
management services and stockbroking. The company can increase its customers by regularly
updating its policies and services on social media websites. In order to attract more customers,
the organisation has to come up with different offers like low interest rates on loans, better gold
loan policies and much more (Gitman, Juchau and Flanagan, 2015). Additionally, Kenanga
Investor Berhad can publish their articles and progress results on their official website which
elaborate their successful history to their customers. This will encourage them to become
member of this firm.
The financial company can increase its customer base by making effective relationships
with them. It will raise the trust and confidence of the clients towards the firm. Further, social
media plays an important role in attracting more customers as in today's era, people are using
online services and are making more use of digital platforms. KIB has to follow more social
strategies by which they can provide their new plans and policies to their customers (Avgouleas,
Goodhart and Schoenmaker, 2013). Further, they can convince more people to invest in their
policies by tailoring messages specially women and old people which have little time to learn
stock market, and bank policies.
