also elaborates that there is a link between the performance and business strategy (Collings,
Wood and Szamosi, 2018). The information has been collected from the large UK companies
such as BT payphones and Lloyds bank. The article states that interview has also been done of
37 people in the seven businesses. There are three types of interviews such as semi structured
interview that helped to gather the opinion of the employees in relation to business strategy. All
the interviews that are taken are taped and recorded before marking it is in the top cases of the
company (Gratton et al., 1999).
The employee’s survey has also been conducted through the questionnaire. The questionnaire
was given to 20% of the employees and the response rate that was considered is of 60% that
organizational performance is related with the business strategy. The emerging map states that
