expansion, the company would also have to increase their capabilities, in terms of workforce and
computer peripherals owned. There are various computers that are required along with the scope
of expansion. The aim of the report is to justify and the needs and requirement of computer for
Kerr Delivery Company. The paper will enumerate the goals of the company, the findings from
the study and discussion of the core issues that might affect the choice of selection of computer
might be selected by the company to cope with the needs for expansion of the company.

company is aiming to operate in. the aim of the company is to expand their delivery services to

company would have to depend on a single supplier for acquiring the desktop. The laptops that
