motive of achieving predetermined goals and objectives. Moreover, in these divisions

division will going to discuss along with their importance in company.
MAIN BODY

Marketing is one of the important divisions in Tesco as it plays major role in fulfilling
customers needs and want which are aligned with company goals. Along with this, it also
promotes goods and services of company within market area for enhancing customer base
(Olson and et. al., 2018). For instance, Tesco’s marketing manager will do market survey
which provide assistance in analysing customers taste, preferences, needs and wants in proper
manner which result in making them satisfy.
Finance
In an organisation finance is backbone because without proper funds it will be difficult to
conduct activities in effective manner (Röglinger and et. al., 2016). Although, finance
division is related with management of financial resources in company. Respective
department role is to strength financial position of company. For example, Tesco’s financial
condition is good as well as transparent that is only possible because of financial division.

Production department mainly work for profitability of company and ensure smooth
