The concerned research portfolio is associated to the development of a project that is
related to having an understanding and assessment of the key features that are essential in order
to for an accountant to become an effective one. In order to have an understanding of the key
features and the characteristics that are essential for an accountant to have, it is vital to assess the
functions, characteristics and the role of the accountants (Small, Smidt and Joseph 2017).
The portfolio of this research would comprise of discovering the resources with the help
of which the information related to the accountants and how they have played a significant role
in the development of a company has become vital. There are several kinds of risks that are
related to the attainment of the information in relation to the accountants. It is seen that there are
several kind of features that are existent within the accountants and the effectiveness of an
accountant is dependent on different kind of features.
A schedule is created with the help of which a time frame and a guideline is constructed
and accordingly the information in relation to this topic can be understood. The schedule assists
in understanding at what point of time each of the actions would be undertaken and thereby
better all the actions would be completed in a precise way. This is an interesting topic and
therefore various previous researches have been undertaken and therefore assessment of these
researches will be useful for the development of the new theories and ideas with the help of
which the current paper can be completed in a precise manner.
The portfolio has been looking forward to highlight the budget that would be used for the
purpose of gathering the information and thereafter creating a new research with the help of

The issues related to the project and the topic would be even highlighted with the help of
which the researcher as well as the associated parties would look into these factors and
accordingly plan to construct a better project in relation to this topic. The preparation of the
portfolio would be helpful in attaining the information with the help of which research proposal
for the topic can be constructed and thereafter research project would be completed (Thokan-
