The organizations are struggling in the globalization period to achieve competitive advantages in
the market. A successful business plan in this globalization period is necessary so that both the
cultural and economic aspect of the organization is maintained efficiently. The study defines the
different issues faced by KFC in the competitive market. Additionally, efficient project
management plan is implemented so that KFC can expand its business in other countries in an
efficient matter.

The chief purpose of the project work is to evaluate the significant impact of globalization in

cultural issues of the organization. These issues are due to the impact of globalization on the
organizations. Interdependence and cultural maintenance in the organization is brought about by
the efficient management of the organization with respect to ethical issues.
