infrastructure service providing company. The report going to focus on the different areas of
information systems including privacy of data, data personalisation and challenges. The study
will also focus on developing of application, providing business information solutions etc. that
will contribute to business strategy.

Personalisation refers to providing overall customized and individualize user experience
by taking into consideration of the needs preferences and characteristics of users. It is the
combination of data, services and application explodes etc. where personalisation comes at

2020). Due to advancement in technology, data and analytics have allowed markers of the

ability to relate and understand another person’s emotion by creating empathetical relationships.
