To understand the social interaction of humans and analyze the critical thinking of individual
Kinesiology is use. It relates to the social structure and symbolic communication with women. It
connects with the content of Kinesiology because this is the study of women's health, safety,
workplace, and performance if women are physically fit, able to do vigorous and moderate, both
activities[1]. The social evolution of women plays an essential role in society. To enhance the
activities of social support, enjoyment, and self-efficiency need to take steps.
Kinesiologist provides training to the individual about health safety, human performance, and
physical education, which relates to the intervention of women[2], and further enhances health
performance and critical thinking. Barriers such as Social, environmental, and Personal effects
women's mental activities, which causes brainstorming.
For women, a family is a support system and a role model for self-motivation. It physically and
mentally affects women. Social support provided by the family helps to build positive thinking to
set a goal further[5].
Friends also play an essential role, and their impact can be negative or positive depending upon
there behavior and thinking. It affects human critical thinking and goal.
The peer effect relates to the sharp gender inequality. According to social structure, males are
superior. They are suitable for every work. The same knowledge affects their work and
performance. Women's discrimination takes place in the workplace[3]. We must take a step
toward women's equality.
In my opinion, we must follow the gender-based equality act. Strict action should be taken to
prevent discrimination and improve the status of women.

camp organized for endurance and strength. Support women in the workplace. For lower drop-
out rate and injury hire, qualified professional for women fitness.

Start the gender-specific program, aware of the society about gender equality. Remove’s all the
barriers related to education and future prospects. Provide them reserved seats in the educational
institutions. One to one interaction with women, encourage them to come forward. We need to
aware of women about there safety and physical health.
